Helmets that fit, whether it is your head or your lifestyle.
Although it goes without saying, we'll say it anyway: it is important that your helmet fit you perfectly. And not just because its more comfortable that way but because it is also much safer. A helmet can't protect your head if it doesn't fit as it should.

To select the right size helmet:
1.Measure your head by wrapping a tape measure around it, an inch or so above your eyebrows.
2.Use the sizing chart to select the helmet size that corresponds most closely to your measurements.
3.In order to try the helmet on for size, grasp the chin straps and pull the helmet completely onto your head so that the top of your head contacts the top of the interior of the helmet.
4.To determine if the fit is correct, make sure that:

- The helmet inner lining fits snugly
- The top pad presses firmly on your head
- The cheek pads contact your cheeks
- There is no space around your brow under the inner lining

5.Test the helmet fit by placing your hands on each side of it. While holding your head still, try rotating your helmet from one side to the other, then up and down. If you can feel the padding sliding on your head, the helmet is too big.
6.Fasten the retention system (chin strap) so that there's no slack, and the strap fits tightly against your jaw.
7.To test the retention system:

- Put your hands on the back of the helmet and try to push it off by rotating the helmet forward.
- Put your hands on the front of the helmet above your forehead (or on the chin guard) and try to push the
helmet off by rotating backward.

8.It is also important to check your field of vision when trying on a helmet. If you are not able to see, it's not the right helmet for you.
